Technical Sheet
Colomé Estate Malbec
This wine brings together the unique character of the terroirs of Colomé and the unique potential of the region. Driven by the challenge of exploring the potential of Malbec from 4 different vineyards and altitudes, we created this wine which subtly carries the characteristics of each. “La Brava” vineyard (1700masl) yields intense ripe fruit, “Colomé” vineyard (2300masl) lends complexity and weight, “El Arenal” vineyard (2700masl) gives elegance and freshness to the blend, and “Altura Máxima” (3100masl) the highest vineyard in the world gives floral and mineral notes while adding fine grain tannins to this a truly remarkable assemblage.
