Colomé Lote Especial Pinot Noir is a unique wine, these limited editions come from our estate, Altura Máxima at 3111 meters above sea level. The climatic conditions are extreme, with late frosts in spring and early in autumn. We plant short cycle varieties such as Pinot Noir.
At this extreme height, the grape receives more sun and less UV protection, producing a thicker skin that provides a more robust finish supported by fresh acidity.
